C.A. Vines Arkansas 4-H Center
The C.A. Vines Arkansas 4-H Center is nestled in the foothills of the
Ouachita Mountains just 10 miles west of Little Rock. It is a
spectacular setting for the 2009 conclave. The Donald W. Reynolds
Continuing Education Wing of the Center includes a 500-seat auditorium,
a computer lab and 3 additional conference rooms. The wing is completely
wireless. Each room has the latest in meeting technologies.
