You can register online, by mail, by fax, or by phone. Because we don't have a secure server, you cannot send payment information using our on-line registration form. If you want to register on-line, you will have to send us payment information separately. The conference registration fee is USD $330 per person and includes conference materials, all break snacks, two luncheons, the Wednesday evening reception, and the Thursday evening excursion to historic Burlington and the dinner cruise on the Spirit of Ethan Allen III. Registrations completed after 1 July 2006 will incur a late fee of USD $50. All checks for registration must be payable in U.S. funds. Extra tickets for family members to the reception can be purchased for $30, extra tickets for the excursion/dinner cruise can be purchased for $55. Any extra tickets for the dinner cruise must be purchased by August 11, 2006. To register, download a PDF version of the registration form, right-click on
