| Novosibirsk State University, in Akademgorodok, about 30 km south of Novosibirsk. I had a Fulbright Scholarship here in the Autumn of 1998.
After lecture, I discuss some things with Katya, who is an English teacher at NSU.
Here I am with Natalia Kirillova, who was, in 1998, my translator and assistant. She later came to the University of Kentucky and has just completed a M.S. degree in Forestry and a M.S. in International Commerce and Diplomacy from the Patterson School.
The Novosibirsk State University Ecology Club. I was invited to speak to them about global natural resource issues in November of 1998. They are very active, committed, and they asked very probing, challenging and intelligent questions!
