Saint Nicole's Chapel.  It marks the popular geographic center of the Russian Empire.  Destroyed during the Communist era, it was recently rebuilt and is a popular landmark in Novosibirsk.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Globus Theatre for Young People.  I got my introduction to Shakespeare in Russian here as the guest of Marina Kamasheva in November 1998, seeing a performance of "Much Ado About Nothing."
