     Dr. Kluender is Dean of School of Forest Resources and Director of Arkansas Forest Resources Center at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He teaches Forest Economics, Forest Operations, Natural Resources Biometrics and Forest Practices.
     He has over ten years experience in forest industry operations in the north central states and across the southern US. He worked for a forest industry trade association and as a forester for a diversified forest products corporation.
     He received his B.S., MF and Ph.D. from Virginia Tech. He is the author of over 200 technical monographs, bulletins and other forest resource publications. His specialty is natural resource systems, marker analysis and forest operations and he has done extensive consulting in these areas. He has been with the University of Arkansas for 19 years.
