The special group rate is $135.00 single or double, $145/triple, $155/quad per night, plus tax (4% facilities charge + 11.5% applicable taxes). These rate apply for the conference group three (3) days prior and three (3) days following the meeting.
Also, a block of fifty (50) rooms is reserved for government employees with federal I.D. at the rate of $119.00/single, $130.00/double, $145.00/triple, $155.00/quad per night. This block of rooms at the Peabody Hotel is available on a first come, first serve basis.
The hotel must receive all room requests by February 1, 2008. The group rate and room availability cannot be guaranteed for reservations received after this date.
Airport
· Little Rock National Airport – 6.7 miles from hotel · The Peabody shuttle runs from the airport to the hotel every half hour between 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m.
