Conference Registration
The Little Rock Convention
and Visitors Bureau is hosting conference registration.
You can
register by either using a secure website for on-line registration
or mailing in your registration form. On-line registration – click here for credit card registrations. You will be redirected to the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau registration site and asked to create an account before proceeding to conference registration. This option is available only for those registering by credit card on-line.

Purchase orders:
If
your agency or organization prefers payment for multiple
registrations using a purchase order, use the downloadable
PDF registration form.
List each
registered person’s name on the purchase order.
Registration Deadlines:
After February 20,
register by internet or on-site.
Internet registration closes at midnight
on February 25.
Walk-in registrations will be accepted
as space allows.
Seating
capacity is limited, so it is recommended that you register early.
Refund Policy:
The registration fee (minus a $50 processing
fee) will be refunded if a written request is received by January
15th, 2008. No refunds after January 15th.
All
refunds will be processed after the conference.
Cancellation Policy:
The conference committee reserves the right to
cancel or postpone this conference due to insufficient enrollment or
other unforeseen circumstances.
If the
conference is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be
refunded, but the conference committee cannot be held responsible
for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change
