Text Box: Xi Sigma Pi is a  forestry honor society that was founded at the University of Washington on November 24, 1908. Our objectives are to secure and maintain a high standard of scholarship in forestry and natural resource education, to work for the improvement of the forestry profession, and to promote a fraternal spirit among those engaged in activities related to the forest.
The University of Arkansas chapter was established in May of 1997.  Our chapter has been active, participating in “Adopt a Highway” programs, Future Farmers of America Forestry Field Days and competitions, as well as selling Christmas trees to raise money for future activities.
